We established in 1971. We engaged ourselves in isolating and manufacturing the basic chemicals from plant sources. Our main activity involves around products like all salts of Berberine, alkaloids of Belladonna, Strychnos Nux-Vomica, Colchicum, Rauwolfia and Solanaceae family etc. We are hailed as pioneer in the production of alkaloids in the whole country. Besides, we also produce relevant active principals from medicinal plants like Dioscorea, Glycyrrhiza, Podophyllum, Artemesia, Senna, Heracleum, Ammi-majus and Sophora etc.
From
a meager turn over in 1971, the Company took long strides all these years
to maintain its image of supplying standard quality products in the
market. It is a matter of pride for us when the turn-over touched in
Millions in the year 1999. The company earns more than 50 % of its
turnover in Forex. Diversified plan - In the diversified plan,the Management of the Company also decided to go in for the manufacture of Standardized Herbal Extracts of several Medicinal Plants. In our future plans we are also including the Essential Oils from Aromatic Plants, Oleoresins, Natural Dyes and specific isolates.
